You may also find local shops / drop offs where people will accept items to sell on your behalf. You’d have to find those in the phone book. Generally, 10-20% commission is taken, I believe. I think higher would be unreasonable.

Yes, I believe there are, your best option is to search items and see if there from a company that is selling on behalf of clients, they often describe this in their descriptions.
