  1. If you win the auction, the seller will send you an invoice with options on how to pay ( paypal is the only accepted form of payment now on ebay but believe me, sellers still accept money orders – although you won’t be covered by the paypal guarantee that way). Once you pay, some sellers notify you when the item is sent out and some don’t. If you don’t receive the item in 10 business days ( 2 weeks) contact the seller and find out when they sent it. If you have a problem with a seller, go on ebay and go to the item you purchased, look all the way to the right hand side of the line the item appears on, and click that – a dropbox will show that has “resolve a problem” – choose that and go through the prompts to report the item as not recieved. Keep contacting your seller if there is a problem. Look at the seller’s feedback and see if they have good feedback and ratings. Most sellers are not scammers, they would have been kicked off ebay for it – ebay has a very very strict program in place for sellers who try this. Don’t forget to leave feedback if the item is fine when you get it.

  2. Well youll get some sort of payment options, contact info and stuff like that, shipping adress, and so on
