  1. Ebay has recently changed their policies and they no longer accept any forms of payment other than Paypal or Merchant Account. They used to allow sellers to accept money orders or personal checks but not anymore. Unfortunately there is no other way around it…you will not be able to list unless you have a Paypal or Merchant account. Setting up a paypal account is easy and safe, most people actually prefer Paypal over any other service. Hope this helps!

  3. EBay recently changed their policy, you can no longer sell on eBay if you do not have a paypal or a Merchant account. I guess they did this for security reasons. I would really suggest getting a paypal account. You can get it at this link : https://www.paypal.com/lv/mrb/pal=FZDBKL…
I have been using paypal for over 4-5 years and haven’t had any problems. They are very safe for both buying and selling and I know that there are rumors going on that paypal sometimes blocks your account, charges extra to your card, to most part you should not believe there rumors as long as your account is to good standing and you do not abuse their rules you should be fine! :)
I hope this helped. Happy selling! :)
