As I see the contract it is almost like you buy it AS/IS they state if your winning bid is $150,000 you pay 5% which is $7500, on top of that bid, they ask you to bring a check for $5000 for them, or if the house was used in manufacturing drugs and has aired [...]

I’ll promise to pay it back…..someday.

I’ve seen a listing in which the seller says that the item is also for sale somewhere else and the listing will be pulled if it sells there.
Does eBay allow this? Would they give the seller trouble if repeated auctions are ended early?

I want to put a few things on Ebay but I am just not sure if they would see, I was wondering if I put an auction and no one bids would I have to pay anything or Ebay just charges if someones actually buys it off you?

The Gutenberg last sold for 2.4 million and that was 1978, It would be worth many times that now.
