I want to get a really good deal on an external hard drive. Best Buy has always been reliable but I don’t want to pay full price. Would it be safe to buy online from Amazon or eBay?

I just won my first item from eBay, and my address that has been confirmed by pay pal is my current address in Canada. But I want the item sent to the United States..is this possible? I am paying through pay pal.
